About FYB
Originally founded in 2004 by Graham Salloway as a training and recruitment company for mortgage and protection brokers. FYB applied for direct authorisation to the Financial Services Authority at the request of its customers. On the 4th May 2007 FYB became a fully authorised network.
We have continued to work together with our members which is why we see ourselves as more of a co-operative than a network. The FYB Sales Process brings mortgages and protection together so it is not surprising that over 50% of our income is generated by protection sales.
