Course Leader
Chief Training Officer, Graham Salloway has a wealth of experience
in the financial services and property markets. Originally from
an estate agency background in the early 1980's with two national
estate agents with included positions as valuer and negotiator,
Graham soon became involved in arranging mortgages, endowment
policies and insurances for purchasers. Shortly after the arrival
of the Financial Services Act 1986, he moved to a local estate
agency to set up the financial services department. This involved
creating the necessary control and systems to become authorised
as an IFA with FIMBRA.

| In
1991 Graham was approached to help create a new chain of high
street mortgage brokers and this was the birth of Mortgage Advise
Bureau (again tied to Legal & General) which now has over
100 branches across the country. His main achievement with MAB
was not as a director, but as an advisor reaching number two
in the UK for two years running out of over 3000 L&G advisors,
even taking into account an average mortgage half the size of
that in other areas. During his time at MAB, he also set up
and trained a small network of L&G Appointed Representatives.
Graham now has severed his stakes in all
of these companies in favour of FYB. He is now able to concentrate
on helping you, your advisors or your company move forward
in this new financial services world.

or Tied,
