Developed exclusively for FYB Mortgage & Protection Network our Customer Leads and Sales Support (CLASS) database and back office system is unique in the mortgage and protection market place.

Unlike many 'compliance' systems used by other networks, CLASS has been built with sales in mind.

Leads are entered on CLASS by advisers, sales staff or even your introducers who all have their own separate access. They remain in the 'Lead Generation' status until there is a conclusion to the case and it has either become a sale or is no longer proceeding. Either way, a Lead Tracking Report is available to enable advisers, managers and introducers alike track all of their leads from inception to conclusion.

CLASS retains all the details of the mortgage or protection sale made and enables your sales support assistant to progress the application through to completion.

Reports and Management Information include live Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for your advisers at the touch of a button, written business, pipeline commissions, average case sizes, lender and insurer spread, life to mortgage ratio and banked to written ratio. The banked report is an easy way to pay advisers who are paid on a commission basis.
