Training
FYB prides itself on its adviser training indeed this is why the company was originally formed back in 2004.
Training and coaching is provided for our full members at a personal level. We firmly believe that bespoke training and coaching on a small group or one to one basis is the most efficient way to influence your advisers.
We run small workshops on a regular basis based on discussions with our members and each adviser are appraised on a one to one basis at least once every quarter.
All training is conducted for salespeople, by salespeople.
